Are you kidding, thats a great truck, glue and all. Grand kids would love it no matter what, just because grandpa made it. Keep us posted about your hand surgery.

Looks like a dump truck to me.
So what if the front end comes up when it dumps, imagination dumping a load will be the same.
Looks good.

Great project and we would have never know it was a guffer if you hadn’t told us. LOL
It’d only a guff in your eyes ever one else will love it’s sturdiness.

A while back I started building a delivery truck that turned into a race car hauler, in your case it went from a bump truck to a lumber hauler, it even has the bars to keep the lumber from going through the window..

Great looking toy. The bed was not suppose to move was it? Only you will know. I agree with everyone else, it is beautiful. I’m sure nobody here has ever made a mistake doing projects.

... glued down the dump box…
- Orvile Baker

I made the same mistake… the missus is happy but now I continually have to wipe the seat….

None-the-less, great job OB-1 on the truck.
