I built this set of six oak chairs as part of the new dining set I am making for our house.
I steam bent the back splats to match the rear legs. The legs were trimmed to shape on a custom router template sled.
You can watch the build in Episodes 5 and 6 of my Woodcademy show on Amazon Prime, and download free plans for making the chairs.

Not true! I set up the show so that even folks who do not have a Prime Account can watch the show! Go to www.woodcademy.com/wctv and click on the watch button. Those without accounts will see some ads put there by Amazon, but the show is the same.
