This project took 3 months to build. All maple construction. Natural stain and satin poly for the finish. This is my biggest piece of furniture built so far. Never use limitations for an excuse. I still wonder how I did it, but why question it right? This was a dream 7 years ago, now I am sitting at my desk sharing it with you all! I hope this inspires a few of you to make some saw dust! See ya in the shop!!!

Nice looking desk. Hope it is everything you dreamed it would be and more.
Looks like plenty of storage space.

That’s nice office furniture and I’ll bet that you’re glad it’s done. Now you can enjoy it.

Your Maple seems to have grown some living things once they are there can’t get rid of them. lol
Then again the drawers could be used in a daycare as folding nap beds…..

Thank you all for the compliments. I am very proud of this accomplishment. It just shows you that whatever limitations you may have, they can be overcome. I love the reaction from folks whom often wonder how a guy in a wheelchair can do that!!! My motto is-Don’t let the chair fool ya…

What a fantastic build, that is almost exactly what I have been dreaming about building for my office. That will last a lifetime!
