This is an 18th century wall cabinet, or so that is what I am told. It was patterned after one we saw in a museum in Corning, NY. The addition of the drawers in the center and bottom were not on the orginal. It started out as a replacement for a piece of bedroom furniture, but somehow it ended up in the kitchen. I probably would not have made it quite so deep if I knew it was going to be in the kitchen.
It is made of pine and popular and finished with General’s brown mahogany gel stain. The demisions are 75” x 40” x 22”.
