For an upstairs bedroom/den instead of drapes or blinds I made these flat panel shutters. The double hinges allow for nice combinations for letting in light.

Well, MaFe, you sent me to the dictionary! Rhykenologist, a person who studies planes. That’s wonderful. Guessing its of Greek origins. Carpentry goes WAY back!
