Hey LJ’s!!! Couldnt figure out how to put this in comments cuz i suck at computers so here yall go. 6 1/2×20 i cut the triange piece with a skillysaw. Made holes for dowels at 12 3/8 and 18 3/8 on center. Cut 5 1×4s at 14 1/2. Butt it to the first dowel and rip then flip the cutoff and rip it. Glue factory sides togethr and have a few cold ones while the glue dries. Move the dowel to second hole . Put pointed side up to it . Rip flip rip all 5. It prolly wont be perfect first time but you can adjust the angle where they meet on the miter saw. Have fun, be safe and is there any way to get a lumberjock t- shirt??

I’m always up for a good jig but I don’t know what this is or what the end result should be. Will it cut the pieces to assemble a 5 pointed star??

Nice, I use kinda the same method when I cut the angled uprights for building a lighthouse

I believe you said the angle was 18 degrees in your previous post? And I’m not seeing where the 12 3/8 and 18 3/8 measurements for the dowels come from. Can you clarify that for me? Thanks

Pull from the bottom of the 6 1/2×20. And keep it 1” from the angled piece

Thanx :) I see it now, I thought that dot below the dowel in the picture was the second dowel hole

Great jig, but what about question for a Lumberjock t- shirt?

Have your say...
