This was my first real project and I learned a lot. If it weren’t for Google Sketchup I would have used up 100x the materials. I think I re-dimensioned things for about 4 months straight in the model to ensure speaker size, screen, curtain space, etc. all worked out. First use of a table saw, router, staining, HVLP, etc. and happy with how it all turned out. The nice thing about the project was that it was able to be done in phases, which is important for a guy that only gets 1-2 days every couple weeks to pull things out and work. The best part is that since completing it we’ve been able to really enjoy it!
