I used this design from Paul Sebastian to make a frame for my father-in-law’s guitar room. The frame is African Mahogany and the plugs are gaboon ebony. This was my first crack at mortise and tenon joinery as well as Greene and Greene style plugs. I used William Ng’s method for making plugs and it worked like a charm. Very fun project and I plan on using this design again in the future now that I have learned a few things I would do differently to be more efficient and accurate. Finished with 3 coats of Arm-R-Seal satin.

Having made one similar to this, I know how difficult this is.
