Planer/jointer chip seperator stand

Made this stand last year for my planer and jointer Inspired by captferds build.I decided to add a chip seperator since i didnt have a dedicated dust collector but a shopvac. The second compartment was suppose to be for the fine dust but it found its way to the shopvac. I added a baffle to deflect the path of the dust but suction was reduced. The bin is 20 gallons. Ive since added a harbor freight 2 stage dust collection system which is more efficient in collectng the fine dust as well as the larger chips and can be used with this stand. I guess its now a 3 stage system

Looks good. Interesting development with the DC set up. How is the rest of the set up working for you?
