Worm eaten Pecan turning

A few days ago LMJ posted a turned worm eaten Maple box with lid, that got me to thinking of some pecan I had in the firewood pile. I was able to get a nice size small lidded vessel and a small bowl from one log that was also worm eaten. My grandkids are arguing about who is going to get the one with the lid. Well I have to go dig through the wood pile some more to make 4 more so everyone will have one.

Thanks to John in BC for tips on wipe on poly finish.

That turned out real nice Weldon! So you have to make 5 of everything? LOL.

Yes, everything I make the kids want it, especially the smaller turnings. They make me laugh how they all want my creations. At least someone wants what I make. Thanks John.
