1ST, I’M THE WORLD’S MOST INCOMPETENT PHOTOGRAPHER. HOWEVER, I DID MANAGE TO INCLUDE FINGERPRINTS.
A KEEPSAKE/JEWELRY BOX I MADE FOR MY WIFE SOME YEARS AGO. THE BOX IS GONCOLO ALVAZ, THE LID IS OAK, THE LEAVES AND STEMS ARE BLACK WALNUT AND THE ROSES ARE PADAUK. FINISHED WITH DEFT SPRAY LAQUER, 5 COATS SANDED WITH 400 GRIT BETWEEN EACH.
IDEA STEMMED FROM AN ARTICLE WHICH, IF MEMORY SETRVES CAME FROM AN OLD UISSUE OF WOOD MAGAZINE.THANKS, THIS IS A GREAT FUN SITE.
