"OLD MAN" BIKE WEEK 2018

I have been making a carving for Daytona Bike Week each year for some time now. This little guy will also qualify for my “OLD MAN” collection too. Nearly 8” tall he is carved from Russian Lipa. Painted with washed acrylics. His rings, chain and buckle are from my box of costume jewelry I pick up at yard sales. Shirt buttons are from nail art. Foam on his beer is Gorilla glue.
Had to do some R&D with that to get it right.

Crusty looking old rascal he is, nice work. I would like to see him in a group shot with his buddies from years past.

I’ve seen this guy by the at the Spirit motorcycles store down the street from my house.
Really nice carving, you captured the character!

Neat!

If you had come to Oregon; we could have visited a few 100 breweries for research purposes only!

We could even have gone to the Figured North Woods warehouse store—another great place!
