Sorry about the sideways photo. Can’t figure out how to fix this.

I made this sheet goods cart after a post by another lumber jock. I wanted to store my 4×8 sheets “standing up” to save space. I modified the cart sides to 60” (from 48”) and widened the base to 37” so cart would not tip. I had 3” casters (rubber), they work but if i get the chance I would replace these with 5” hard plastic casters for better rolling on my cement floor. The sides are at a 5 degree angle. Pretty simple build

Nice project.

As for the sideways picture …. don’t turn your camera when taking a picture. Keep your camera in landscape mode. What that means is DO NOT keep your phone in the up and down orientation. Turn it so it’s short and wide … SIDEWAYS.

If you are using your phone, turn it so it is sideways.
If you are using a DSLR camera, shoot in normal mode. Do not turn your camera.

You inspire me to start this project in my shop. Good idea and I like the storage in the middle for scraps.

I added the 4” casters, you will need large casters. Make sure the are not soft. The cart gets very heavy. I’m thinking of adding handles, to make it easier to move around.
