Shelf for new baby

I was given a piece of the border that is in the baby’s room and was told they wanted a shelf to put pictures on that had the baby’s name and the cow girl from the border. I made a drawing from the border and cut the name and cow girl on my home made CNC. The shelf is pecan and I used a water base poly for the first time. Came out good for a newbee wood worker.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

That looks great. I would like to see this home made cnc you are talking about. My boss bought the Craftsman Carvewright and I just saw it working today. Pretty cool stuff.

I have a picture posted on here. Its not much to look at but I built it myself. I’m proud of that, I wasn’t sure I could make it work. The software has been a challenge.

Looks great. I’m sure it was well received and will be cherished for years to come. Home made CNC? Impressive!

Nice work. You gave me an idea there about the water base poly. Not sure if we have it here but will check it out.

By the way, I’d like to see your home made CNC.
