Made this for someone who has large chess pieces that need 2.5” squares. Because it’s so large I kept the trim pretty simple. Maple / African Mahogany squares and zebra, rosewood, and walnut trim.

Very nice. These type of projects look easy to make but they truly are very difficult to get right. You got this one done right. GREAT job!
