I made this candle holder from some scrape walnut. Hope you like it.

Very pretty work.
May I ask: what is the wood you used for the under-layer, the light colored slice? And, where did you find the clear glass candle holders you used? I like that they have vertical sides, not tapering.

I showed this to my wife and she thought it was great, and said she would like something similar. I’m now thinking of what I have on hand to make something.

Jimintx, I used walnut and maple for the bottom.. I added the link for the tea light holders. I used the walnut I had in my shop. If I had a bigger piece I would have made the candle holder a little bigger. Hope this helps if you need more info let me know.
