I saw this knife blade walking through our local woodcraft store. This was a gift this past christmas.
I used Paduak left over from the recipe box I made and a scrap of purpleheart from a cutting board.

The white ceramic blade stands out in their kitchen. The ceramic while very sharp is also very brittle if used wrong. I had to make sure i gave them an ‘instruction card’ with the knife so they didn’t use it on a knife steel or glass cutting board. Definitely not dishwasher safe!

These knife blades make for a quick project that can be completed in a weekend and used until the blade breaks or gets lost.
A sanding drum on the drill press makes quick work of the curves and contours.
