Made this table based on the WoodWhisperer video using birch ply – I have never had an outfeed table before since I had virtually no room. I must say it makes using the table saw way more enjoyable (and much safer). Thanks to Marc for the inspiration and the simple plans – I never knew you could make such a solid table using only plywood. I have since routed in some mitre tracks and a made small cut in between them that allows me to flip up my blade guard all the way. I used some threaded inserts and carriage bolts for leveling feet. Some tinted one step poly that I had on hand finished it off. This will double as an assembly table for the time being.

-- cut it twice and it's still too short...

This is a great looking outfeed table that will be a welcome addition to your shop. It is not only functional but it also looks pretty good as well.

That’s beautiful. So-o-o, how long is it going to take for you to clutter it all up? ;-)
