Did you let him try on your dress?? (Just wondering!) That is great to see you guys got together. This is such a great group here and I am so happy to see such wonderful friendships! Thanks for posting the picture!

A visitor how cool. You didn’t show us the instrument.

Looks like a fun time. I wish you had a picture of the instrument.

that is so nice , dave and grizz .
it’s good to put a face to a buddy ,
and share stories .

i got to meet Tom and Ruth McBridge last week (ND2ELK) ,
for lunch , on their way home to iowa .
they just got home last night .
he will do a post , after they get settled ,
he had the camera , so there should be a picture too .

Great pics and story. I figure there are lots of LJ’s in my area….but they are probably as busy as I am. It would be wonderful to meet some of them. I enjoy talking wood and shop with folks that share this passion. Also, my better half gets tired of me telling her all the wood working tales and tool tales….she has already heard them….or just hopes that someone will rescue her….LOL.

Looks like two friendly and happy sawdusty guys!

Scrollgirl: I wonder if they tried the dress on too. Maybe they had a tea party. Very funny!

Real nice Griz, and Dave, I love amazing grace. There are now a lot of new variations of that song, but the
original is best!!!! I am glad you guys had time to meet and talk shop!!!!
