Made three of them.This time they are all squared! That’s a big achievement for me!I need to work on polish now.I have put a lot of effort for the finish to be nice but as you see the color is not uniform and the feel is not that smooth either.I used shellac.Any advice is much appreciated.

Very nice. Applying finish to a project can be tricky at times. I really like the drawer pulls.

those are nice sets! you may have done it aswelll, but when i make pine stuff i found it makes a noticable difference to degrease the surface before applying anything on it. i use turpentine oil to degrease. and after each coat, including the last one i sand by hand with a piece of 600 grit. then the surface becomes verry smooth asif by miracle.

these look great. I can’t see a big color variations with the finish though.
