Made this step stool in shop class. I used White Birch wood and finished with Tung Oil

very good job in construction and finishing !!

please don’t take this as negative criticism, but in your future
step stool builds, look at the “overhang” very carefully.
if the overhang exceeds the footprint by too much, a person could
very easily tip it over and have catastrophic consequences.

Very Nicely Done. Also agree though that the Overhang is to much.

Yes, there was a miscalculation when he cut his legs. They are designed to be 1/2” wider than the top on each side.
