Horizontal router table…prototype? I made the cabinet and table from scraps laying around the shop so this didn’t cost me anything but time. Not really sure if I even need one but at least I have more storage, less scrap material and use for a router that I’d considered throwing away. I still need to add a switch so I’m not stuck reaching around the table for the trigger on the router.

I’ll use it for a few months and then make improvements as needed. She’s not pretty but she works.

Nice. I love it when scraps can produce something useful. To this day, my clamp rack is still being used and I made that out of scraps/rejected sections of 2×4.

I’m no expert, but you may want to use plywood instead of melamine. I understand you want to not lose 3/4”, thats why you went with a thinner board, but maybe limit size?

Nice job. I have a smaller version I built a few years ago. It comes in handy. I’ve used it for small mortise and tenon work.
