Christmas Raffle prize for the Local Boys & Girls Club – Toy Garage… FIRST PRIZE…

They are part of the equipment fund raisers for some 500 kids who do gymnastic classes each week…

Pretty good for a “not for profit”, “volunteer based and managed” community club which will be 62years old this January.

Second prize was the Santa Sled & Reindeer

Third prize was a Cheeseboard

I’m getting confused. Is that rendeer a second or a third prize? Did you got three prizes?

A garage is always a happy making gift, and totally if it is made especially for you. Well done.

Sorry for my poor English Dutchy, I’m an Aussie and we speak & say things differently…

The Garage was first prize
[it was won by a young family with 5 children who played with it non-stop for 2days when brought home, top stuff];

The Reindeer & Sled was second prize [it was filled with chocolates too];
[this prize was coveted by many an adult]

The Cheeseboard was third prize [it too had a nice packet of chocolates with it]...

Thanks Ivan, Simple design which I make very strong, strong enough for the children to sit on so it’ll last…

Third prize was a Cheeseboard

I misread this as a Chessboard... I immediately thought 3 pieces each side… even I could learn that!

Had to wait until after Christmas as I’d entered them in a woodwork competition; came third of three entries

How do you confuse a Dutchman!

Print on both sides of a Guilder,
Draai alsjeblieft om

Sorry D, could not resist… When I finally get serious, put that last nail in my coffin!

I can tell you had a ball building the gas station you’ve put so much extra work into it.
It’s just so cute and playable as are all your toy projects.

I also have done and saved a file with the whole plan including assembly, if you’d like it….my pattern/design!

Sounds like you got your self a How To project if you don’t mind sharing.

That’s really great Crowie. nothing like a bit of support. No wonder it’s been going for 62 years.

Bob

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
