I turned this the other day. Claro walnut and Madrone. I will melt wax an make a candle out of it. (that way I dont have to finish the inside) Always looking for short cuts it seems lol.

The Walnut and Madrone has some checking in it but I think that I like that.

Not a bad short cut if you ask me, it also kind of looks like an acorn.
