You may remember 1 year ago I posted RIDING INTO 2017 *http://lumberjocks.com/projects/290426* Well we are now RIDING INTO 2018. Maybe this will become a tradition for me. This year I started way back in April for this guy. Carved in several pieces from Russian Lipa, 11.5” tall. I think I will let the pictures do the talking. Better get thinking of 2019, it’s just around the corner anymore. Flying, sailing, walking, driving, I don’t run anymore. IDEAS & COMMENTS WELCOME?

Great carving as always Hunter. Maybe someone riding a porpoise next year?

The second I see one of your carving I have to smile and take a trip into your imagination and skill set.

I have to come back and say the horse shoes are just so cool on this carving.
Such a simple detail but it makes the project for me.
Plus the sleeping bag, and, and.
