Latest clock, the “Concord” for a customer.

Fumed QSWO, which came out very well, paduak, handmade ceramic leaf tile by a local artisan.

Shellac and wax finish.

The legs and top are red because that is the color of Paduak….

It’s color range is from a reddish-brown to an orangey-red, the kind I prefer.

That is a gorgeous clock! I love everything about it. The padauk makes a great accent, thanks for posting.

Rick- Although the colors of padauk do vary, it is typically red which can darken over time. Once you start milling your padauk, I suspect you will see more red.
