I made this for myself a while back. It was one of those projects were you work on it some and set it aside. Then work on other stuff, then something else. It sat there for a long time. The ding in one of the doors is from a board that got launched off the old Sears router table. Thank god it hit the cabinet or else it would have hit the garage door windows.
-- I am an amateur that makes sawdust and designer firewood. Every once in a while after the sawdust settles I find something useful. ;)

I hung it in the kitchen with a window on each side. :D

Nice work. What kind of wood? I like chalk boards on the doors – great idea.
-- I've never seen a tree that I wouldn't like to repurpose into a project. I love the smell of wood in the morning - it smells like victory.

I believe the doors are maple and the frame is oak. The chalkboard part is flat exterior black paint. It seems to work good for keeping score of wins. :)
