Made of Chinese Pine or Norway Pine I think they are all the same. We have 4 slabs and This particular piece was found in my wifes parents,parents barn. We think the tree was roughly 90+ years old counting rings and it was in the barn for at least 35. Kept dry! It was a little rough and rotted in the middle and the person who cut it just hacked the heck out of it. Took some plaining and one hell of alot of sanding. But we acutally sold it at a craft show. There are proabably 10 coats of poly gloss. Legs are good old Jack Pine!

How wide is the slab on top? Also what is the height of this table?
