I wanted to make my adult son a watch box for Christmas – I figured I would make 2 from the same pattern but vary the wood. I also figured that while making them it would become apparent which one I should give him but now I can’t decide! Feel free to tell me which one you prefer….

This one is zebrawood with baltic birch…..

Go with this one…I always love PH but the more obvious contrast between these two woods is more striking.

thats a very nice box phil,i usually dont comment on boxes because there are so many posted here but both of yours just grabbed my attention.great job your son should be quite happy.
