Here is a three legged stool I made following Paul Sellers’ video series. It was a good learning project for me. The seat is cedar and the legs are oak because its what I had on hand. I finished it with a few coats of poly.

That is a nice humble stool. Thanks for the picture of your putting the leg in the F-clamp to round it. That is brilliant.

“Because it’s what I had on hand” is by far the best wood choice there is. Not saying that cynically, it drives every project I make. Nice stool.
