after being married 14 year only my wife would want something from my shop!
so she wished for a potato and onion bin but she wanted a spot for garlic to so that is why the top opens.

I used piano hinges and top is (I think there called zero clearance hinges) nothing special and joints are kregs, rail and stile i had a new toy.
