Still practicing hollow forms. This is a walnut one. 10” wide, 4” tall. The finish is simply buffing with the beall system.

Beautiful form. You got the grain perfect….and the wood pops without alot of additional finish…well done.

I’d say pretty fantastic for being “practice”. I think it’s time to move to mastery of the hollow form.
I love hollow turnings and this one is just elegant…. wood choice, shape, and finish are just right and very pleasing to the eye.
