This vessel is made from curly maple and macassar ebony. Approximately 9” tall and 8.5” in diameter.
The center design was burnt with pyrography pens. There are two coats of shellac, three light coats of laquer, and then buffed with paste wax.

Outstanding segment components and this pirography looks unreal – I would never gues it’s pirography.

Your killing it bud, some great projects coming out of your shop. You retired or just don’t sleep like me. Lol. Love segmented projects about to start trying them.

Thanks to all for your compliments.
Ken; I’m not retire, I just try to spend an hour or two in the shop (a.k.a. the garage) after work each day.
