Hi all

First of some Christmas presents is a chefs knife for daughter number 1, it is a Hock blade (I do love their quality blades) and the scales are outback Queensland Gidgee which I kept some sapwood on.

The finish is Estapol gloss rubbed back with Tripoli powder while wet.
