DONE! I actually had someone see my projects on this site and contacted me to build them this one. It is made from walnut and maple. The flag’s border is rosewood. I had to ship this one and was worried that the glass would break. It held up, but the ribbon rack had fallen off. YIKES! I shook this thing back and forth and felt very comfortable, but I guess I underestimated the UPS carriers. The recepient got it fixed, but man, oh man, that doesn’t sit well with me. If anyone happens to be interested in one, I’d be honored to make one for you. Shoot me a message and we’ll talk.
