My mother knocked one of the ornaments I’d made a number of years ago off it’s perch last weekend and it broke. This prompted me to dig up the design, and in the process I came across copies of several of the ornaments I’ve made over the years.
Most of these are 1/8” thick, primarily mahogany, walnut, and cherry. Basic size is about 4” in diameter, although they do vary. The snowflake and the dragonfly you see here are test runs in hardboard and plywood.
All are original designs although I have been known to incorporate bits and pieces from other places. The moose, for instance, was traced off some bed sheets.
