Between $50 and $75 was too much for a router micro fence ! I rather build it myself and keep the money for router bits, which I can’t make myself. I came up with my own design of a shopmade router micro fence. It’s made out of in the shop materials, it’s accurate and it’s easy done in an afternoon.

The baseplate is 8” X 10” (approx). I used 1/4” MDF that I had in the shop but plastic acrylic would have been very nice, but more money spent though.

The 13” long macro and micro fences are made out of 3/4” X 1” straight grain hardwood (white oak).

When using the jig, first bring both fences to the approximate bit contact point with the layout lines on the workpiece, lock wing nuts A & B, then fine tune the micro fence using the micro knob made out of square nuts and lock it with the wing nut C.

How about that for a free router micro fence ?
