A quick project that the Wife requested, Nephew has taken up playing the guitar and she saw a stand I had slapped together out in the shop for my practicing so suggested I build a slightly nicer version for him. (Mine is pine) Made from some leftover Walnut and my home milled Birch. Finish is Lee Valley French Polish which works great on the hard to finish Birch. Added the folding stand as they will be travelling here for Christmas. Now I got to get back to making some strange sounds on that Guitar! Gonna need a lot more practice!!!

As a woodworker and a guitarist of 51 years, I can really appreciate the beauty and practicality of this. Great work Andre!

Hey maybe I should come see you for some Lessons? My fat fingers really are having a tough time with some of these things called chords?
