Wood Carving, Virgin Mother Mary

Here are some pictures of Virgin Mother Mary, she is 5’-3” and took me almost 8 months from clay to hand carving. She is Placed at The Cloisters on the Platte in Nebraska. This has been a great honor for me carving Jesus, Mary, and next Joseph. Thank you very much for looking, I hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Wow, Dennis, this is a magnificent carving. Such a captivating work, Mary’s radiant face is so inspiring.
As always your work is that of a master.
