This is one of two picture frames I made for a friend and I who both got the photos autographed by the greatest Canuck ever, Trevor Linden (shown in photo). We are both in the picture in the crowd right up against the glass in front of him and this was his last step off the ice as a Canuck as he retired after that game, so it makes the photo even more unique and personal!

I don’t yet have a router table so I made the profiles with the table saw and hand router. The finish is Danish oil finish sanded to 600grit. It came out super smooth and satin-like.

Thanks for looking!

Well that is a great story and the frames came out spectacular. Once in a life time event you will never forget, thanks for sharing the story.

Very cool picture. I am looking forward to when the Canucks will play the Senators in the Stanley Cup Final.

Not sure why, but the project below immediately popped to mind. Boy, you Canucks love Trevor Linden eh? Very nice work on your own project and a good story as well.
