These are 3 small turnings i made from scraps/leftovers from larger turnings. I don’t like to waste wood, its expensive. The bowl shape on the left is from Claro walnut and is 2 3/4” wide and 3/4” tall and weighs 11 grams. The middle closed vessel is cherry burl and is 2 5/16” wide and 1” tall and weighs 22 grams. The last vessel is Claro walnut and is 2 3/4” wide and 1 3/8” tall and is the heaviest at 78 grams. They are fun to turn and easy to clean up after as they don’t leave a lot of shavings.

Great project, this is what I made from some Cedar scraps.

After some big projects I find the small ones fun. They are great for Christmas presents, good timing!
