Router Table Fence

I limped about for years with a router table fence that was not worthy but for one reason or another I never, until this past weekend, dedicated the time to make a proper one. Purchased a set of plans from the New Yankee Workshop for $10 and went to work.

Visited a local cabinet shop and picked up a remnant of some light colored formica that the proprietor gave me just for the asking.

Spent the time to finish off the plywood cuts with some scrap oak stock and now I have a first rate fence that is strong enough to stand on; should last until they plant me.

Nice fence. Sounds like my story. Now I need to get busy and make me one too.
