Here’s my most recent design. It’s pretty big by Teardrop standards! This one belongs to my wife, Phyll.
We worked on the design together, so she could get some comfort details that she needed. This one is built like all of my other designs. It’s a big torsion box, constructed with sandwich walls of Birch ply inside, 3/4” framing/foam, and Cherry/Birch ply, sheathed in epoxy/glass, and 5 coats of spar varnish.
Some of Phyll’s details are a queen sized bed, fold down table/single bed, and a hidden pottie. We also have fresh and gray water tanks, dual power systems, and a sound system.
Phyll designed the table and I used scraps from the outside, Birch, Cherry, and a bit of Sapele, to construct it.
My build journal is HERE

Very nice! These things are really neat. I never knew they could be so nice inside.

Your campers are beautiful, but I think I will wait until they quit renting Hotel rooms before I order one, I’m not the camping type.
