Military Coin Holder

This is a military coin holder made of oak and finished with wipe on poly. Each shelf has two slots to place coins in. Pretty basic construction.

The first pic was the coin holder that my Father made me a few years back and served as the inspiration for the second. The second photo is the one I made for a friend who need one for all his coins.

His now sits in his office and is completly filled up; guess we will have to go bigger next time.

I will update this one with newer pictures once I get them off of the camera. Hope the quality isnt to bad.

Lol Funny, No really they are challenge coins. Given to the person for various reasons. You can read about them here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Challenge_coin also there are lots of other projects on here just type in coin holder. some are really intriquite.
