Great job on the in/out break board.
Functional and really sharp looking.
I bet some of the guys at work secretly wish they could do that as well.

If you’re “in” you put your name tag on one side.
If you’re “out” you put your name tag on the other side.
Drawers are storage for extra name tags, or for when you’re gone for the day.
