This bulldozer is based on the plans in Wood Magazine September 2010. I got my plans and hardware kit from Meisel Woodworking.

The plans called for Walnut, but I don’t have enough of that, but I had lots of leftover Cherry, so Cherry it is. I thought the plans looked beefy, and the result did not disappoint. My grandson, is now 3 1/2, so this should be able to hold up to his expectations.

I have not put treads on it (yet), jury still out on that. I’ve seen where a couple of other jocks have added that touch. It was a fun little project, and the articulating blade should be a big hit.

How did I miss this sweet Toy Bulldozer?????

Super nice job, and the cherry will darken over time to a deep dark beautiful brown.
