Firs I would like to thanks mmh for the inspiration and the info that was so freely given. LJ’S are the best.
the cane has a cocobola handle I think. it came from the woodcraft exotic grab bow and didn’t have a lable i think it is cocobola or something like it. The shaft is canary wood which smell really nice when your working it. The contrasting pins are cherry and walnut. The blood came when I was cutting the shape on the bandsaw. I wasn’t paying attention and was pushing a little to hard and the blade snapped through the last little bit of material and bit me but good. The fourth pic is of my workroom first aid paper towel and painters tape.
