A while back I wanted to make a table with sculpted horse legs. I glued up some Ash and this is what I made. I still might make that table.

Very realistic.

I suspect that you will need more of these for a table.

Although I have no idea about the anatomy of a horse, the carving seems to be very nicely done. Nice work and congratulations.
