One of the latest kitchens. Cherry v-groove shaker doors with antique brown granite countertops. Shaker crown moulding, undercabinet trim, undermount sink, glass in upper corner cabinet, soft close drawer slides and door hinges, cherry cap on top of a half wall and a granite eat up bar in a cutout in the wall. The picture of the cherry cap on the half wall was taken before the countertops went in. Notice the state of the art samsung cardboard flooring, lol. There is actually very nice maple hardwood under it but there is alot of construction going on there right now so it’s there to protect it. I included a before picture. It’s a little improvement.

Little improvement is an understatement. How did you finish the cherry?

Excellent kitchen. It’s very similar to what I’d like to do at my place.

Thanks guys. The cherry is finished with a waterbourne chemcraft satin lacquer. I use it on all the kitchens I make now. Nice stuff and a 5 gallon pail goes a long ways compared to the other lacquer I was using before

So, I’m guessing that is a Samsung refrigerator. I am getting ready to build a set of cherry kitchen cabinets. I did just build a custom cabinet for a farmers sink. Now for the rest…
