Princess Bed for a Princess

This project started out as a full mini apartment for my granddaughter.
Raised platform for the bed, staircase on one side, slide on the other and on and on.

Thankfully I talked them into a scaled down version, whew!
The reasoning in my argument was how short lived child hood is, she will be beyond princess castles the next time we blink!

Any way, it was a lot of MDF and scrap plywood. The MDF just about choked me to death, had to open all doors and get the leaf blower out to clean the shop.
I guess the dust collection may need upgraded!
Never really worked much with MDF, it seemed to be hard on my tool edges.
Not a fan of this stuff!

It was worth the hugs from my little grandaughter tho!

That’s fantastic mike. It’s obvious that Her Highness approves, as she should.
